Outstandingly accommodating and amazingly nice staff as one would expect. The location is lovely and beautiful as it's near Derbyshire, a local farm with a donkey field and the restaurant. Besides, St Lukes Church is 15 minutes' drive away. 

The food is outstanding and lovely. Make sure to get double room with nice furniture, tea & Coffee and bedroom.

Fantastic staff and great breakfast.

The breakfasts with delicious locally sourced ingredients. Great location close to Denby outlet, adequate and beautiful rooms. Short walk to short-everything and a local farm.

No complains at all, the venue met standards, strongly recommend it. The place was perfectly clean with a very amiable staff. The bar was lovely.

Airy room with clean facilities and exceptionally comfortable bed. Countryside location, nice place for discovering Ripley.

This location was good, close to public transport, the restaurant for breakfast, and Derbyshire.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay at Lumb Farm. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, offering a delicious meal both nights and a hearty full English breakfast. We loved the convenient parking outside our 

I thoroughly enjoyed the stay here, it was excellent, would stay here again. That was nice and exceptionally friendly hotel set in pretty comfortable area, not far from the establishment as well as a local farm with a donkey field.  

The location was marvellous, just a pleasant stroll away from Denby Visitor Centre. The hotel was situated 100 metres from the bus stop. The staff there were nice and pleasant.

I enjoyed nice food. The location was marvellous, for example, Denby Visitor Centre was within easy walking distance of the hotel.

The room was beautiful and lovely, had particularly good open bathroom. We enjoyed lovely beds. Location: the hotel was just off a local farm with a donkey field, fields with donkeys and public transport.  

Overall it was beautifully presented with a chair in the bedroom. The property's location was peaceful, in short-everything.

Real good retreat, I didn't want to say goodbye.

The room was nicely decorated with open bathroom and the view was beautiful. I loved nice and perfect location of the hotel, short walk to the restaurant for breakfast as well as the centre.

Easy check-in, perfect and handy location really close to the restaurant, and a local farm with a donkey field and other things. Also, close to Denby outlet.
